Located only 90 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado, the inn is nestled on nearly two acres among spruce and pines. Anniversary Inn provides a comfortable atmosphere for adults, whether seeking a romantic getaway or a home base for adventure in the famous Rocky Mountain National Park. The inn, built in 1906, captures the historic grandeur, elegance, and majesty of the Colorado Rockies in its décor.
Rocky Mountain National Park is only one mile away and has over 350 miles of trails. Both day hikers and backpackers can experience the splendor of the Colorado Rockies while enjoying the luxury of our mountain lodge. From our inn, you can enjoy hiking, fishing, wildlife watching, and mountain climbing. We are open year round to provide accommodations for both summer and winter sports.
We are just minutes away from the quaint town of Estes Park for unique shopping and a variety of dining experiences. The Rooftop Rodeo, Wool Market, horse shows, fine arts and crafts fairs, Scottish Irish Festival, Winter Trails Weekend, the Elk Bugling Festival, and other special events offer entertainment throughout the year.
As innkeepers, we see our job as doing all we can to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable experience. We would love to have you stay with us.
“Let us be your luxury cabin in the Rocky Mountains.”

Springtime in the Rockies
The Rocky Mountains are beautiful and alluring all year but no time like the Spring. The mountains are alive with birds , wildlife and new growth.
Before the hustle and bustle of Summer in your life, come and relax, refresh and revitalize with us at the Anniversary Inn. During your stay in April pamper yourself with a massage when staying in our Cabin or Divide rooms. When staying 2 or more nights you can expect a reduction of $20.00 for an hour long massage. We are also devoting ourselves to celebrating Mothers in May and are offering nearly $100.00 in gift certificates for a 2 or more night stay in May. We look forward to seeing you this Spring.
