a two night minimum Memorial day through
the end of September. Sometimes
we have openings for one night stays during
that period as well.

Off season discount of 10% for stays of 3 nights or longer.

Reservations require a deposit equal
to one night's lodging
or 50% of multiple nights stays. Reservations
made within
14 days of arrival must be secured
with a credit card.
Checks must be received within 7 days to hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival,
the depost will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.
With less than 14 days notice, the deposit
will be forfeited unless the room is rebooked.
Our Inn is designed for one or two
adults per guest room.
There are no facilites for pets. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
